西地ファームで育てたみずみずしい生姜をふんだんに使った生姜味噌です。
みじん切りにした生姜と、国産の味噌を混ぜ合わせ、
隠し味に徳島県の特産品であるすだち果汁を使用し、炊き上げました。
甘さ控えめで、所々でピリリとした生姜の風味と食感が楽しめます。

■使用例■
ごはんにそのままのせたり、おにぎりの具に。
生野菜のディップ、豆腐、こんにゃくの田楽に。
溶き卵に混ぜて卵焼き、お肉と炒めて生姜焼きに。

We used sudachi juice, a special product of Tokushima Prefecture, as a secret ingredient, and cooked it.
It's not too sweet, and you can enjoy the spicy flavor and texture of ginger here and there.

■Usage example■
You can put it on rice as it is or use it as a rice ball ingredient.
For dipping raw vegetables, tofu, and konnyaku dengaku.
Mix with beaten egg for tamagoyaki, stir-fry with meat for ginger-yaki.
